I just want to point out first that the standard shower head in most showers is absolute garbage, and this rainfall system should be what every setup starts with. Significant difference in how a shower can be enjoyed.Works as described. Small grievance with this one, as well as another one I previously bought, is they have a leaking problem when installing. Ridiculous amount of adjusting and tightening required to get it to stop. Used the tape and have a good understanding of plumbing installation, but still required quite a bit of fine tuning. I got a laugh out of the instruction saying to not have a plumber install it because I had plumbers install my new shower / tub and they offered to install this showerhead. They couldn't figure out why it was leaking and reinstalled it three times before it finally settled. They also laughed at the instructions saying plumbers shouldn't install it.

The only issue is that the gasket will not fit into the original tube but it might be only my issue, after it was installed correctly no leak. Actually, most of those products will not leak if installed correctly, it is just people-to-people differences.

I advise everyone to get at least a 10", would of gotten a 12" if the pictures on here were better. Have used mine for a few days works great exactly as advertised.However make sure when you're install you install all the rubber widgets and teflon tape so it doesn't leak. you WILL NEED A WRENCH to tighten the connection points, it will leak if you just use your hands as it won't be tight enough.Leaked the first time with hand install but after using a wrench it doesn't leak at all.

Installation was very easy to follow. Make sure you use their washers to minimize leakage.Good value for the two showerheads. The rainfall is simply amazing.The only bad thing is that it does use quite a bit of water

Was expecting this to be more cheaply made, like plastic. But was pleasantly surprised to find its very solid materials. I would say the length of the hose for the hand held shower head is a bit short, but still works very nicely. Im very impressed by the quality of this product. I will be purchasing the largest size next time, because that rain shower head is dreamy af. But for upgrading my shower head for selling our house, this was the best $40 investment into the bathroom I’ve ever had 😆I will say, you don’t need all of the rubber washer rings when installing this though. It was pretty straightforward to install imo. And if you got extra tall people in your house, the extension arm on this is great. We don’t have to fight over adjusting the shower head anymore.

Wonderful purchase and for the price it can't be beat. The streams off the rain head are extremely relaxing and surprisingly seem to be water efficient. At least I stayed in the shower longer than normal and the water temp never changed. Aside from the handle shower nozzle everything else was metal which I was both glad for and impressed to see considering the price. Only issue I had was the flow adjuster that goes on the handle had a defect where the holes hadn't been punched out completely so I didn't get any flow at first. I had to remove the pre-installed washer/mesh filter and then I used a small screw driver to pop them out and it fixed it immediately. I attached photos showing what I'm referencing and if you have to do this just make sure you have it turned to Max flow so the tabs fall out of the bottom and don't damage the adjuster. Read some reviews about the handle holder being flimsy, seems like it might be but for me the rain head was my primary reason for buying so I'm calling this one a win!

Some of the reviews on this left me afraid that I'd made a mistake until it got here. Everything was fine with the shower head and I bought a second one after installing the first because it's so awesome. I purchased the 12 inch size in November of 2023.There are several pieces to put together, but taking the time to read the instructions makes this pretty easy. I bought a tape for the male connectors that was labeled "water and gas." It was more expensive at the hardware store, but it is a much thicker tape. There was some leaking after the first attempt, so I took it apart in the places where there were leaks and put more tape on and tightened it. You must put tape on EVERY male connector, not just the one coming out of the wall.It wasn't a big deal at all to put more tape on and tighten until it was right because I had already figured out how to put it together. I also used a step stool to get up high enough to see what was going on and ensure that things were tightened. You just need a bit of patience to get it right, but the payoff is HUGE. When this thing is installed properly, you feel completely enveloped in warm water. It's as if you are standing under a waterfall - really!As some reviewers mentioned, the hose to the handheld is a little shorter than the one that I took off. That's not a big deal to me, but if it is a problem then you can buy hoses that are longer. There is no concern for tall people if your current shower is not a problem. I also included a side view to give you an idea of what the height might be once it is installed. It's even with the spout, so if anything this is several inches higher than the old one that I took off. That arm is adjustable, so if you want it to be lower, then it can be with no problems.The waterfall head does not have a ton of water pressure. It would be uncomfortable if it did and isn't meant to have loads of pressure. The waterfall is the most pleasant shower experience ever. I use the handheld with pressure to rinse my hair. It is included for shower tasks that need a bit more pressure. The highest pressure setting is VERY strong. I switch back and forth as needed.The handheld attachment holder goes onto the wall with an adhesive. It can be placed anywhere you want it to be, which is awesome. You want to clean the wall very, very well first, then feel the wall to make sure that there isn't any soap scum in that area. If there is, then clean it again. Once it is clean, then rub alcohol onto the spot where you want to place it and adhere it onto the wall.The bottom line is that you do need a bit of patience because there are several male connectors that need taped up very well and tightened with a wrench. You may need to do this more than once to eliminate leaks. It's not the end of the world. It's a twenty minute temporary inconvenience to get it right and when it is finished, I can enthusiastically tell you that you'll have the best shower of your life every single day.

Let’s get down to it: it’s a very nice and sleek shower head. The assembly took a bit just because it took quite a bit of effort to tighten with a wrench. We kept getting the tiniest leak here and there but we kept at it. Even when there was a small leak, it didn’t effect the water pressure.The waterfall shower head is awesome. You have the option to adjust the angle and height, which is a bonus because my spouse is 6’1. We do wish it came with an extension so it went more towards the middle of the shower. But we’ll take what we can get.Now the handheld shower head: The holder isn’t the best. You have to turn the shower head a little to get it to sit juuuuust right. We have ours sitting a bit higher to mimic the other shower head’s height in case we don’t want to use the waterfall one day. We may end up lowering it because you can’t just switch between the 2 and not expect the handheld to fly off the holder. We think if we had it lowered, it may not do that. We just aren’t switching the nozzle as fast until we decide where we want to place the holder.All in all, we’re pleased with the purchase. Installation wasn’t terrible and the outcome was favorable. Went to the big box stores looking for a rain drop style head with hand held option. Could not find. This one fit the bill.I installed with no issues. I wrapped the plumbers tape clockwise for a few turns each connection(clockwise seals it when you twist the connector on).The main square head if you install flat(parallel with ground) it’s not far from your head so don’t really get much gravity drop force and much feeling. Would be best if have a long extension that goes up.Made up for the lack of force by positioning the handheld portion so it was angled at the head as well when in its base. Together the pressure is amazing. When using half handheld half shower head mode it’s great as the top doesn’t get cold while showering the lower body.
