Definitely fulfilled its purpose and more. It didn’t take more than a couple movements for it to be shredded to my likely. Super easy clean and saved me a ton a time for my dinner prep.

I read many reviews that said the shredder slips on the counter rather than the bottom part holding while the top part is twisted. I had a suspicion that people who said it would not hold were not applying enough downward pressure. Accordingly, I instructed my wife to press down firmly on the shredder handles while twisting to shred. She pressed down firmly, and it shredded chicken breast perfectly on the first try!

This shredder is great. I could never shred with the fork method, but I can with this. Sometimes with a bigger chunk of meat I have to turn it again, but I’m glad I got it

I regularly meal prep with chicken breast. Shredding it is SO time-consuming, but it makes it a lot easier to plan and put the right amount in each meal prep container.With the shred machine, it literally took 10 seconds to shred 2 fully cooked chicken breasts right out of the InstaPot. Clean-up is easy -- just set it in my dishwasher.

it shreds off tiny pieces of the plastic it's made from. They where everywhere, even in the chicken we had just shredded. 👎🏼 So we had to throw it away. I even hand washed it when it arrived and after the first time we used it. I missed the return window by 10 days so I guess I'll just toss it in the trash. Buyer beware. #tiktokmademebuyit

I am not a cook but due to job circumstances am temporarily away from my wife who is an absolutely amazing cook. I do bulk meals and one of my favorites is shredded lime chicken. I'll cook 5lbs in a crockpot and eat it for lunch and dinner for a week trading between lime chips and tortillas. Before purchasing this shredder I would put the crockpot on the table in front of me, turn on the TV, and start shredding with two forks. 25 minutes and four hand cramps later I would be done.Not anymore! I absolutely love this shredder. Slap a cooked chicken breast in the center, firmly put the top on, spin a few times and the shredding is complete... with no hand cramping. Rinses easily. Love it so much my mother bought one too. 100% recommend!

Product is simple to use. It does break up the meat into chunks, but does not shred as advertised. It is difficult to remove all chunked pieces. It is difficult to clean. Faster than two fork, but final result not as good.
