I purchased this machine over 1 years ago and have been very happy that I did. It's heavy duty but a compact type stairclimber. It doesn't take up as much room as the ones at the gym. It is pretty heavy so you will need a few people to help move it into a position. Would not recommend moving the unit up a flight of stairs but into the garage would be doable. Not too much to assemble other the the neck and controls on top and side panels. The only thing that doesn't seem to work as great is the the heart rate monitor, it isn't accurate but that's an easy fix to buy like a fit bit that will be more accurate. It has a speed adjustment levels. It's fairly quite unitl not loud or noisey.I would buy it again. It looks like the price today is a few hundred less then what I paid. I bought it to help me hike further into the steep mountains. Solid and stable stairclimber. Hope this helps you guys out there.

Works great. It is a pain to unpack and it SUPER heavy. Had been debating on buying, but I’m glad I did

The product works really good but I found it for a $1,500 at Walmart after I had purchased this one.

First of all, getting this machine out of the shipping crate is really difficult so be prepared for that to be your first workout. Secondly, all the display readings are inaccurate. It counted 1 calorie per minute, the heart rate will only read 72 bpm no matter what, and the stair count is way off. But the most disappointing part was discovering that this was not a truly motorized stairclimber (it doesn’t propel on I it s own) it is more of a self propelling machine that allows you to move at the level designated. Mine also arrived to two inch long dents on the end of two of the stairs in the same spot, which leads me to believe it was damaged when they were packaging it. There is no contact information available to call the seller so now that I have scheduled a return I haven’t a clue how they expect me to put the machine back in a huge wooden crate that is one time use since all the clamps are destroyed when you open it. I don’t recommend this headache at all!

Arrived quickly. Great price for the quality. Really impressed. Easy to set up. The only hard part was how heavy the machine was and moving it around. So far so good.
