These are great for your wrists! Pretty comfortable and does the job. I'm giving 4 stars because I do not think they are meant for ankles & I really wanted weights that did both.

Nice quality but these barely fit on wrists let alone ankles. Too light to even notice. Do not recommend.

I loves these when I go for my 45 min walks definitely works out your arms. Toned my arms the giggle is no longer a self conscious thing. The color is cute the only thing I didn’t like it Velcro it was a little bit of a struggle putting them on the first couple times.

I gave this two stars for the quality and design. The snaps were difficult to push in when using my left hand. Also, since I couldn't tighten the band enough, the weight bounced and rubbed against my wrist when I ran.

These are advertised as ankle weights but I couldn't fit them around my ankles. Were super bulky and uncomfortable and did not like wearing them around my wrist. Ended up returning them.
