We source specialty teas that match the most rigorous standards of quality. The teas we offer are grown and processed by true artisans of the leaf. We purchase most of our teas in small lots, single origin and handmade. It is our belief the best tea is harvested early in the spring, when the days are warming and the nights cool. In that brief harvest window, known as “before the rain” teas, the fresh and tender leaves offer nuanced flavors and aromas.
GIVING BACK
Integrated Community Service (ICS) works to provide employment, housing and social services for persons with disabilities. By our association with them, we affirm our commitment to improving the quality of life for disabled persons. We share the belief with ICS that businesses can substantively help people with disabilities achieve independent lives by providing jobs in an encouraging and supportive environment.

Did you know that in Chinese Medicine, whitepeony tea is used to treat intestinal precancerousconditions and cancer? Hmmm. I just love thetaste of this tea and that each bag makes a large pot!

I really like this tea when I need a little less caffeine and a light flavor. I sometimes add dried rose petals, but it is delish on its own.

Can’t complain! I got this because I read good things about it’s effects on health and possibly balancing hormones/helping oily skin and acne, so I drink it once or twice a week, along with other teas (ginger/turmeric and black pepper/raspberry/spearmint), and I think it works!And I LOVE that the tea is not in those common paper-type bags that likely leave paper in your tea… it’s different and high-quality for sure! No need to steep, really. The bag is nice and big, too.

This is my go to tea for the past couple of years. Light flavor. I like it alone or with honey. I like that white tea has the most antioxidants.

I am allergic to live flowers , and I didn’t think that I would be allergic to the dried form of the white peony. I had itching as a reaction.
