I accidentally didn't notice that these were 1" clamps as opposed to the standard 2," but they are still solid clamps. They are useful for 1" dumb-bells that take plates, or any 1" barbell application.

These spring clips work perfectly for a standard bar. Very snug and secure fit on the 2" bar. Multiple clips allow you to add and remove weights quickly for different weight lifting. Made from high quality materials and they come with a convenient storage bag. I highly recommend.

I tried them on tow different dumb bells, another barbell, and my home gym, and none of them would fit on the 1 inch bars.
