I've been lifting for 20 years+ and developed some problems with the right side of my spine. If the collars aren't strong enough to where the weight can still shift the collars around a bit, it hurts my spine.This collar is the best I've used in keeping the weight on the bar without shifting, outside of where it originally was placed.I definitely wouldn't recommend this collar for the general population, but if you need the best collar you can get because you need 500+ lbs secured, this is your go to.The only con of this collar is that it does leave a small dent in the sleeve of the Barbell during heavy lifts as the locking mechanism presses against the sleeve hard to maintain the position of the weight, but for me, the sleeve with small holes is not a deal breaker for me, but if you value the "sleeve" part of your bar, this may not be the best for that.

Bought these for my body builder husband in March. Three months later in June, they start sliding off the barbell. By July (now), they don’t stay on at all. Not worth the money and I wish I could get a refund, as this was a pretty penny to purchase. The return window sadly closed in April.

These Clips Are Stunning And Preform Their Job Perfectly. They Easily Go On And Come Off The Bar With A Single Hand. I Bought These Collars To Match My Fully Stainless Steel Ohio Power Bar And I Can Proudly Say These Collars Are A Massive Flex Piece In My Home Gym. This product is built to last and the easiest collar to use. I had no issues at all using it on my Texas Power bar. Would definitely recommend!

As someone who bought these a few weeks before the GGR video I had the common issue of these getting stuck on my ohio power bar.Happy to report that the new ones work awesome and look great. Worth the wait!
