This is a Bluetooth Receiver ONLY. It is NOT a Transmitter, and CAN NOT work with Bluetooth headphones or speakers.
This wireless adapter does NOT have built-in battery. Please use USB cable or 5V power supply (Included)!
Compatible with stereo or speakers with RCA or 3.5mm AUX input jack ONLY. If you need a Bluetooth receiver with digital optical port, check SIMOLIO JH-211 receiver. If you need a Bluetooth receiver that can work with your aptX LL supported Bluetooth transmitter for TV streaming, check either SIMOLIO JH-211D or SIMOLIO JH-212A.
Long Range
Bluetooth 5.0 and an external antenna extends transmission range up to 50-70 feet in obstacle-free indoors, and up to 164 feet in line-of-sight open air with no obstacles or wireless signals around.
Note: operation range depends on the working range of the transmitting end, and can be affected by physical obstructions (walls, people, etc.), wireless interference (Wi-Fi routers, Wireless TV adapters, cordless phone etc.).
Volume and Track Control
Volume and tracks can be controlled at your fingertips. Press vol buttons once to UP or DOWN the volume. Press and hold the buttons for 2 seconds for track adjustment.
RCA & 3.5mm AUX Compatible
This Bluetooth audio receiver is universally compatible with any speaker, amplifier or home stereo system that has RCA, or 3.5mm AUX headphone audio input port.
If you need Bluetooth receiver that works via digital jack, you may have a look at Simolio JH-211 Bluetooth receiver.
HOW TO USE
Plug
Plug the Bluetooth receiver to a power source, then wire your speaker or stereo to the receiver using the RCA or 3.5mm AUX cable.
Pair
Get the receiver into pairing mode, refresh the Bluetooth list on your smart phone/tablet/other Bluetooth enabled device and pair.
Play
Once successfully paired, you will be able to enjoy music or other audio content with long range wireless freedom.

This is super easy to set up and use. It also has great range and works extremely well in our event spaces to tie into our in-house speaker system. It is an excellent product for the value!

I easily connected it to my stereo amplifier which is enclosed in a wooden cabinet. Just to test it, I put the unit inside the cabinet with the amp. I was skeptical that , with the door closed, it would lose connection and not work but, so far, I have not found a place in my 1200 square foot home that it loses connection and doesn’t work. Set up is easy. Sound quality is as good as your stereo system is capable of producing and surely beats having your phone wired directly to the amp allowing you mobility to use your phone throughout the house for other functions and still listen to your music.

needed for occasional use with an ipod in a church setting and this fits the bill well. Not very good manual/insrctions but we ereable to work them out eventualy

The one thing I do not like is the auto turn off feature which requires repairing the connections by turning the device on/off. You could use the stereo power output to avoid this issue.

While the product does work, the range is very limited. Think” line of sight” . I have the receiver on a rack on my back porch, if I step off the deck and walk to my outdoor cooking area approx 20 ft, the signal drops

Habe mir SIMOLIO Bluetooth Empfänger gekauft, weil mein neuer Fernseher keinen Klinken-Ausgang für den Kopfhörer hat. Habe mich für SIMOLIO entschieden, weil das Gerät eine eigene Stromversorgung hat, da ich keine Lust hatte, ständig die Batterie aufladen zu müssen.Mein Fernseher hat das Gerät gleich erkannt und so funktionieren auch meine Funkkopfhörer wieder - super Sache!

This would get 5 stars from me not least because it comes with power supply and not one but two output leads - one phono end and one male jack end. However the auto power off when not in use for 10 mins is irritating to me at least hence 4 stars. I like to dive into and out of bluetooth as and when and while all my audio stuff is remote operated I have to get off my backside (!) to fiddle with the tiny side switch to toggle to 'on' while holding down the device in the other hand as its so light. Otherwise its great with good sound quality.

I have a similar unit that I used to "modernize" an old hi-fi stereo unit. We'll be using this one on the back patio as part of our little outdoor music setup. Having bluetooth available makes DJ'ing at gatherings a breeze and this unit will work wonderfully for that purpose.Range and sound quality are both excellent, and the setup is straightforward. Power users or folks with very specific use cases might struggle only having a small headphone jack for the output, but the included adapter cable makes it easy to hook up to older systems, and frankly I appreciate something that doesn't have a bunch of unneeded bells and whistles.If you need a simple device to add bluetooth to your existing [or new] stereo setup, it's well worth considering this one.
