These iron on adhesive patches work great. They’re easy to apply and stay put wash-after-wash. I’ve used them to adjust the hem on slacks and jeans with equal success.

So far I haven't had any issues with the product. I'm 5'2, so I definitely NEEDED this product. I used it on my 4 pairs of scrubs bottoms and it worked wonders! All of my pants have been through the wash a few times, and the product stayed on well. I can see how excessive heat might weaken the adhesive though. But it's so easy that I don't see reapplying it to be an issue either.

Extremely happy with this purchase. I hate having to pull out the sewing machine for some pretty easy fixes and this solves that problem! My husband shrunk some of his favorite pants (length wise) so we turned them into shorts. Not sure how well it will last through some washes, but it's an easy fix if/when that issue comes up. Also, the hem of my work pants came out...easy fix again. All you need is an iron, some patience and a few minutes.

This has a different texture from the Dritz brand. I normally buy that brand, but decided to try singer too. I purchased both brands in different weights. They both worked equally as well. One thing I would like to mention is if you are needing a heavier weight, you can always layer the fussing to get a stronger hold for items of a heavier weight. It works great. So there is no need to spend more money on a heavier weight when all you need do is layer. Also, for newbies... Always test the fabric, some fabric could melt or shrink. You need to know how the fabric is going to react to that level of heat. If you can use a piece of scrap fabric to test on, do that. Sometimes using a thin piece if cloth on top of your fabric can make all the difference. Experiment to see what works best.

Works pretty well for most situations. Had some stain-resistant slacks I tried it on; didn't last long on those. I think the material makes a big difference.
