I like how white this sisal rope is! Very strong and perfect replacement for the worn-out cat scratching post.I read other reviewers complaining about how it doesn’t come with its own spool, etc and thus, while wrapping the post, the sisal rope could get tangled. I figured out a way to keep it all neat. The answer is DON’T unwrap the plastic wrapper it came in. Just make a hole in the plastic wrapper at the top and pull out one end of the rope to start wrapping. It easily comes out without it getting tangled. See photos!

This picture doesn’t even come close to the actual size of this product. In reality, it’s a little bigger than my fist. Not even a kitten could fit on this. Very disappointed.

Functionality: of the rope 5☆Value for the price: of the rope 5☆Ease of use: of the rope 5☆ The rope was perfect for refurbishing the cat tree. We were very tempted to replace it but gave this under $20 fix a try. Forty five minutes later a nice rope burn on my index finger and a good amount of patience; the cattree was re-roped and looked great. With enough left over to re-rope the other one. Our cats approved and within minutes of it back in place they were scratching away. A cat's meow.

I actually bought to wrap the legs of my wicker furniture as my furry friend likes to unwrap it. So now scratch chew away.

The rope is already undone in several parts, when I installed in the cat tree it looked already "used" because of all the fibers sticking out.

I made 100 pine trees and I need more , the fibres of this rope are much more better than jute rope

The rope had a knot in it (an actual knot, not a tangled knot) that i noticed when halfway done wrapping a pole. The rope knotted terribly when I started using it because it wasn't spooled and there weren't unraveling instructions. There was a lot of frustration. After I cut the rope because I couldn't pull anymore, I spent the next 45 minutes to an hour unraveling the rope. I spooled it on a cut piece of pool noodle. I recommend you doing the same before starting your project.164ft is enough rope to entirely wrap 2 poles and partially a 3rd. I added decorative fabric to the poles so it wouldnt need as much rope. After all the tears, my cats actually seem to appreciate my hard work.
