They do NOT work. I placed them on the counter all facing in the same direction and not one of them read the same direction

It looks like these will work, but the face of the compass is off.

I've bought many compasses, low to medium cost, and most of them won't easily swing around to point north and south. This one is correct every time with little effort. It's small, but big enough to easily read. And the price is great.
