The Millipore Millex HV SLHVM33RS bi-directional, sterile Syringe Filter Unit has a hydrophilic PVDF membrane and a modified acrylic body color coded in yellow. This syringe filter unit is used for filtering protein solutions, clarifying biological solutions, and prefiltration applications. It has a hydrophylic PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) membrane for fast flow rate and ultra-low protein binding, represented by yellow color coding of the housing. The modified acrylic filter unit body is lightweight and resists impact. Its inlet connection is a female Luer lock, and the outlet connection is a male Luer slip connection. This filter unit is sterilized by gamma irradiation for applications requiring sterility, and it can be used in direct patient care. Each box of filter units comes with a certificate of quality.
