These small cake pans are perfect for holiday baking and creating specialty confections for individual serving masterpieces. My favorite recipe to use with these pans is BHG's Busy-Day Cake, which provides the perfect foundation for layering on piping, icing, and other toppings. (Experienced tip: grease and sugar pans instead of grease & flour. You'll thank me later!) If you are aiming to create your own DIY "nothing bundt" version, this is a great pan choice. Great results, consistent performance. Very pleased with these pans.
