Wow, didn't realize just how large this was - three feet of thick rubber sheeting. Really only needed about 20% of this - but am happy to have the leftovers as part of my materials stock. I'm happy with my purchase and will probably buy more - in a thinner size.

This material was actually closer to .500 (1/2") thick and I unfortunately didn't realize this before I cut the material into several pieces. Which prevents me from returning it. The thickness I needed was 3/8".. This was to thick for my application so it was money wasted.

I have an ATOC Draftmaster vertical trike rack that raises and lowers. When I lower it, the extruded aluminum channel can slam into the driveway. I used RC tire cement to glue a rectangle of this General Purpose Rubber to the bottom of the vertical beam of the rack. Now, when I lower the rack, it lands silently on the driveway, without damaging the pavers. Perfect.

We needed a new pool filter gasket, which is apparently not sold separately, and the whole assembly - the only way to get it - was out of stock. We tried an off-brand one that was supposed to work, but it did not remotely fit. So my son ordered this stuff, made a pattern from the old gasket, and cut a new one. It was a little difficult to cut - I think it took him a couple of tries - but the filter worked perfectly all summer with no leaks.
