Batteries are high quality and together in a external battery grip gave me close to 2 hours of filming in my sony A7S2. Charger works fine as well and while it does take while to fully charge both, it does it safely and maintains a full charge longer.

The two aftermarket batteries obviously don’t last as long as the original but at least you get two of them plus the charger has a cord on it and a USB plug is super convenient unlike the Sony A6100 camera came out with just a micro USB for charging which is a big disappointment as a port choice for a camera that came out in 2019.

These batteries have been amazing, I have had them for a while and they work perfectly. The best part is they are also significantly cheaper than the Sony branded batteries which are over priced in my opinion. They last a little over an over each and are relatively quick to charge to 100%.

I've bought other generic batteries but this ones are the best. The way their packaged its really neat with plastic protectors for each battery and the charger has nice screen with the info. I'm really impress with the Smallrig quality and I'm a new fan of the brand

I’m glad they have both USB cable and ports for USB-C. The battery charges pretty well, and it’s compact enough that I sometimes fit them in my small camera bag. It’s a great deal and a good value for the money.

I bought these as spare batteries for my camera and the major plus is the charger! Easily can pack it up and charge in the car if needed. Worked great for being extra spares, but the battery life on them is low. Just with the camera being on, they drained really quick. Got about an extra hour out of both batteries. Nonetheless they are good spares, but wouldn’t use as a main battery!

Second update, after two months:The charge they hold increased after three (maybe four? I don't always remember to log it) charging cycles so now I am getting reliably between 270 and 280 shots. The camera I use these in, I use for JPEGs and I fiddle with the settings a lot, so there is a lot of non-shooting on-time. I think these are pretty good batteries after all. A genuine Sony battery I bought at the same time is giving me about 210 shots per charge with the same kind of usage. I'm upping the stars to five. If they hold up over time or die an early death, will be seen, and I'll update again (when I remember).First update:I am revising this for two reasons;1) SmallRig saw my review and wrote to me offering a full refund and specifically stated that they had no expectation that I would change or remove my review, so that seems ethical enough. (Though that could still be considered subtly coercive.)2) Subsequent chargings of the same batteries are trending toward better results, so I will amend this further later. That the batteries would increase their capacity much over the first few charges is weird, but maybe..., SmallRig didn't say anything about itThe original review:New, straight out of the box into a charger for a top-off, then into an a6500, I get maybe 100 shots. I usually throw batteries away when they get to 100 shots. Not anywhere near 1030 mWhrs. You can watch the % charge meter on the camera plunging. SmallRig is just trading off their name to sell the lowest quality batteries they can find.For context; I have been using NP-FW50 batteries since March 2012 ( starting with an NEX 7 ) and of all the different third party brands I have used, these are no question the worst.

The OG Sony charger feel antique compared to this. Good purchase.
