I bought this less than a week ago and it already died. It died in the middle of the night so my cats had no water until I woke up. That's not safe nor is that good

Very happy with this automatic water dispenser for my cat! I have used other ones in the past that require the use of a filter, and they are challenging to clean. I like that this one separates the old water. I have found the programming to be easy, and the functionality to be very reliable. My cat likes drinking from it and seems to enjoy having consistent fresh water. Be aware that on the smallest water volume setting, the dirty water will need to be emptied about every 3-4 days. Overall very pleased!

For 2 pets it might be great, the wastewater fills up fast I have other water systems just in case this filled up while I was asleep I don't want to have to check water every couple of hours. My other machines take so much putting back together after cleaning I tried this. Going back to old style.

I’m really impressed with this water fountain! The large capacity means I don’t have to refill it every day, and the wireless design makes it easy to place anywhere. I also love the reminders that notify me when the water is low or if something is wrong with the tank.The detachable design makes cleaning a breeze, and my pets always have access to fresh water. I bought this because I was tired of constantly changing filters and cleaning fountains so my cat would have clear drinking water and then I saw this and I thought I'll give it a try see what happens well she loves it, I think she loves it best when the water dumps what's left of it anyways and the new water comes in but I'm disabled so this has been a dream come true for me as far as taking care of my baby Thank you to whoever created this product, it was so easy to put together and they're so less cleaning to do The design is perfect with the water and the little bucket in the front my cat loves it The functionality is perfect because it has less to go wrong it's very durable made with good stuff and it has all the bells and whistles that tell you one Waters low or when the wastewater thing has to be emptied it's awesome so very worth the money as my mother used to say you get what you pay for so this was worth everything to me
