Update: 10/1/2024The seller contacted me and after a few days of back-and-forth of pictures, videos and message they agreed to send out a replacement. Once I received the replacement, I proceeded to test both units and indeed the original unit was about 30 Celsius off compared to the new one. Further troubleshooting indicated that the base unit thermistor was the culprit. I am not sure why it would go bad, but that seems to be the cause.I changed my review as the seller did its best to work with me and find a resolution. I would buy again knowing that they cared about my overall satisfaction. 1 star off due to the failure, but it may be due to a random bad component (thermistor)The thermostat worked well for a few months and all of the sudden, it started reporting low readings. Sometimes the difference in the pit temperature with a known good temperature is over 100F. Useless. What makes it worst is that customer service don’t want to acknowledge the issue; ridiculous. I sent their WhatsApp support photos and videos but they have decided to not even reply after I sent them proof.

Must use app and Bluetooth in your phone.Has 4 ports for temp probes. Mine came with 2 probes. Have used with none, 1 and 2 probes. All worked perfectly. Soak the probes in hot water and Dawn to get stuck on grime, dont bother to scrub.Main unit has big easy to read display. Toggles between probe current temp and your preset stop temp and overall grill/smoker temp.Has pretty good range via Bluetooth.Many cooking options via probe settings.Multi settings for grill temp/range.Main unit connects/disconnects from base that stays screwed into grill

This handy meat thermometer is so easy to use and accurate. No more guessing or having to calibrate a manual thermometer using the “boil test.” The backlit temperature readout is even grey when grilling on the deck at night.

I purchased a wireless thermometer to use on my Green Egg from Temu and I needed a replacement meat probe. The picture of the thermometer looked to be the same as I have from Temu although it had a different brand name. The probes looked to be the same as well so I was taking a guess that the probes might work with what I had and read correctly. AND THEY DID! :) :)

The brilliance of the thing is that it replaces the analog thermometer you already have in whatever grill or smoker it is. The stupidity is that the ports for the meat temperature probes are OUTSIDE the grill, not inside, so you still have to find a way for the wires to leave the cabinet in order to connect to this thing. If you're looking for something which seamlessly measures internal meat temperature inside a grill and relays the information outside, this isn't it: you're going to have to find a way for its wires to exit the grill - drill a hole, maybe - in order to connect to the base station. It seems to me that putting the connectors on the inside would've been so, so easy...
