I bought these for my Mom and 2 younger sisters because they did not have a fire extinguisher or it was expired. I told them they will never have to worry about an extinguisher not working again with this fire blanket. Good thing I bought these cuz one of my sisters grills caught fire while she was grilling a rotisserie chicken. It worked perfectly, and put ot the fire in seconds! And they didn't have to call the FD. I would buy them again!

I have not had an opportunity to use these and I hope that I will never have to. It is a nice feeling knowing that if a fire were to start I or my family are prepared. This set comes with multiple blankets which allows me to put one on every floor!

The fire suppression blanket is large and heavy duty. It's intended use is to quickly smother a fire by depriving it of air. The packaging is genius, making it possible to hang the bag near a cooktop or outdoor grill, and quickly grab the extraction straps if a fire breaks out. I feel safer just having 2 of these in my house, and one in my car. I'll give the 4th one to my son's family.
