Stay away. These are horrid. EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS DOA. When first inserting the batteries, it’s supposed to make a single long beep. 2 of them won’t stop making that long continuous beep, making those 2 completely useless. The battery compartment in the other 2 are misaligned with the battery terminals and I needed to use folded up aluminum foil to connect the battery to the terminal. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to install these until well after the return window. Unsure of how it got any good reviews.

I ordered these Smoke Detector and Carbon Monoxide Detectors set to upgrade my existing detectors in my home. These combo detectors arrived well-packaged and on a timely manner.y first impression upon opening up the box was how well these detectors were made. From the digital display to the ease of installation was really remarkable. I spent about 30 minutes installing these four new detectors throughout the house. Even though these costs slightly more than the conventional smoke detectors only, they will last for at least a decade and had the carbon monoxide detection so the cost investment value was justifiable. All in all, I highly recommend this brand and believe strongly that you will like them just as much as I have. They are life saving devices and these days with the modern appliances we have access to, this combo detector is a must have for you and your family!

I love that this is a smoke detector and CO combo - no more need for multiple devices. This is easy to install and works well. It's got good craftsmanship and comes with batteries included. Its a very great deal!I Finally a four pack for a decent price. Meets local ordinances and more.

Easy to install. Very good pricing for the 4 pack. I was very happy to get these as a 4 pack so the alerts are the same & they all take the same batteries (AAA that most of us have on hand all the time) that are included - nice - you don't have to use the ones you have or go buy more. They have 2 different (very loud) individual alerts for smoke/ fire & carbon monoxide/ Co2 so you know exactly what danger you're being alerted to & they let you know when to replace the batteries. Being battery operated means you can place them almost anywhere, you won't have to rewire for them & they'll work even in a power outage. I really like the parts per million display that I haven't seen on other detectors before. I replaced the plain, very old just smoke detectors in my children's rooms & put the others in our main living areas. The peace of mind for my family's safety is immeasurable. I was able to use previously drilled mounting holes for most of them, but the couple holes I had to drill to push in the drywall mounts was as easy as it gets. Just install & forget them. We have enough other things to worry about.

These were the best Smoke/CO2 detectors. I actually bought 8 of them because we were having a city inspection at or two family until. They were extremely easy to install, lightweight, came with batteries ( AA's not the hard to find 9 vlt transistor type) and were reasonably priced. We passed our inspection. Would definitely recommend.

I was looking for a combo of smoke detector and CO detector to replace my 10 years old smoke only detector in the middle of June. At that time there is no review available for this product. The price is attractive, I decided to give it a try. The package arrived in two days. When I opened the box, I was impressed by the quality. The housing is made of strong plastic with right thickness. This weekend I installed the combo detector. It was easy using the hardware coming with the box. The 3AA batteries are preinstalled with the detector. Just need to remove the plastic tab between the battery and the connector. The detector will start with alarm and screen ON. After that, the detector's green LED will flash every 1 minute to show it is working. I pressed the test button and it gives loud alarm. I am very happy with this purchase and it is a good deal for a box of 4 combo detectors.

Simple install. No complaints on quality of build. 1 thing to keep in mind... the standby light flash is quite bright. In a dark room, it is very noticeable, even with the eyes closed and the item installed away from a direct line of sight. We had to soften the light with tape. Our baby was especially distracted by it when trying to put to bed.
