The resistors have been incredibly useful in my projects, particularly when connecting batteries. These resistors have effectively taken the spark out of the equation, making the connections safer and more reliable. They are robust and well-built, handling the load without any issues. One thing I really like is their consistency. Each resistor in the pack performs reliably that ensures stable performance across all units. They are also quite versatile and could be used for other applications, though I have mainly utilized them for battery connections so far. The only minor downside is that they can get quite warm during extended use, so proper heat dissipation is necessary. However, this is expected with ceramic cement resistors and hasn’t posed a significant problem for my use case.I think these resistors are a great choice for anyone needing reliable and consistent performance for their electrical projects. They have worked perfectly for my battery connections and have proven to be a valuable component in my toolkit.

I didn't need five of them but this works fine to completely eliminate any sparking when hooking up my 4,000 watt inverter to the battery bank.

DIY solar build. I’ve watched dozens of videos and ONE said to use this before connecting second terminal between battery and load in order to prevent a spark. It works

This 25w 30 ohm resistor takes ages to get sent 📤 out ' and appears to come from the US ', I have ordered it twice and both times UPS lost this delivery 🚚 !!!When I claim a refund I don't get the £5.78 postage and packaging back which is clearly the reason I am not getting the product because they lose it every time !!!This might be a good product ' and may work well ' but it's let down 👇 in the UK by the postage and packaging !!!

This is just what you need to charge your c Invert capacitors

I purchased these 25W, 30-ohm resistors to precharge my 2000-watt inverter. Just hold on the lead to your battery cable and the other end to the battery terminal for a few seconds to prevent a high voltage inrush which could melt your connector and battery terminal...sparks will fly as will molten metal if you do not precharge the capacitors in the inverter. I did manage to forget to toggle the on-off switch a few times after disconnecting the leads and got some pretty serious sparks when I set the inverter down on a metal rack...the leads came into contact with the metal. I will remember next time.
