We installed this Guitar Holder into a stud in the wall. I can see the Guitar that's still hanging while I write this review. It's worked great!It's easy to put the guitar back on the wall and it's less accessible to the children.Thanks for making a sturdy product!!

We installed the hanger into the stud using the provided screws and it easily holds even the heaviest bass guitars we have. I like the finished wood block and the durable cushioning arms of this hanger. I would have rated 5 stars but the caps should be affixed better on the end of the arms because they do tend to pop off when removing the instrument. I found a little dab of glue helps with keeping them on. I also cannot comment to how well they would perform if you used the drywall anchors verses making sure you get a good purchase into a wall stud. Overall, really like the looks and functionality of these and especially the value!

I had ordered two of these, because when we received the first one it worked so well with my wife's guitar. The second one was for my daughter's guitar, which is actually a half-sized Yamaha acoustical guitar, but fits this hook perfectly. The padded hooks are really nice and protect the guitar and hold it securely. These hooks dip down and actually hold the neck properly, and don't allow it to move around or rotate while its hooked. I hope that this helps.
