Got this to replace my old exercise ball for PT. The included pump works ok. I’d use a different pump for speed. Great for PT or other exercises.

Der Ball wurde in einem kompakten Päckchen mit kleiner Handluftpumpe zügig geliefert. Der Ball war schnell aufgepumpt (man sollte ihn nicht zu stark aufpumpen!) und ich habe ihn mir für Übungen für zu Hause geholt, die mir von der Physio nahegelegt wurden, um mein Bein zu stärken.Die Rezensionen, die auf ein mögliches Platzen hingewiesen haben, kann ich nicht nachvollziehen und vermute, dass die Bälle dort zu stark aufgepumpt wurden. Ich kann mit 90kg problemlos auf dem Ball sitzen, ohne das Gefühl zu haben, dass er gleich explodiert.Fazit: Ein robuster Ball, den es in allen erdenklichen Farben und Größen gibt, sodass dort garantiert für jeden etwas dabei ist. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ball is good once you get it pumped up. The little air compressor included broke on the second try. Good thing we have a big compressor or the ball would have been returned.

Ein sehr schöner großer Gymnastikball mit einer tolle Farbe. Besonders gefallen hat mir, das eine Luftpumpe mit dabei war. Hatte ich nicht mit gerechnet. Hat mich sehr positiv überrascht.

The ball is exactly what I wanted and feels very nice thick and smooth. Much better feel than my last one. My only complaint is with the included pump. It’s crap and broke before I could even finish airing up the ball. My issue is that I am trying to reduce my waste and I had to send it to the landfill. There should an option to skip the pump. I almost didn’t buy because the pump was included but figured I could donate it. Once I saw it I knew it wasn’t even worth donating. I’m still giving 5 stars because the ball is great and I love it.
