I love this half ball! It's better and more sturdy than the BOSU professional ball at a fraction of the price, and it comes with the wonderful resistance pulls. I bought this ball after having peroneal tendon surgery repair because my physical therapist recommended one, and so glad I found this one!

Tbh I don’t want to spent 200$ for bosu and this thing does the same thing for 1/4 of the price. I’m not a professional so this works just fine. I just it mostly for core and balance workout and so far, not bad at all. I had it for about two weeks and haven’t had much problem with air retention. It’s stable and ease to use.

It came with the pump and I was able to fill it with air quickly. It is reliable. I am about 240lbs and have been working out more. I don’t have any issue with it. It is very durable and is helping me work on proprioception, strength and balance. I would recommend it to others especially for the cost and ease of use.

I have now owned this balance trainer for over a year. It continues to perform as expected with no defects or issues. I would buy this again and would still recommend it as it is a great value for the price of similar products.Over six months in: I have now used this half balance trainer for just over 6 months. I use this approx. 3 to 5 times a week as I stated in my initial review below. I have had no issues with this product and would recommend this to anyone looking for a half balance trainer.Initial review: I bought this brand after researching multiple half balance trainers. Most of the reviews were good with some really poor ones mixed in for this brand. For half the price of the name brand model, I decided to take a chance. I have owned this now for a month and use it at least 5 days a week. I had no problems airing it up with the pump that was provided. I did not insert the plug completely at first as I did some trial and error with the proper inflation amount for my weight. After getting it to the firmness that I liked, I pushed the plug in tight. As of one month, I have not had any loss of air and the balance trainer has had no problems. I like the rigid texture of the ball and feel comfortable on it while holding weights in my hands and doing exercises with movement to strengthen my core.So far so good. I will try to follow up at the six month point to give an update.

This was easy to inflate, though other reviewers were correct in that the pump is garbage. I was still able to use it without a problem to inflate the half-ball. All of the parts were there for mine. I was actually very impressed with the sturdiness of this item. I was worried that for the lower price, it may be of low quality. But it is as good, if not better, than the ones at the gym and the PT clinic. I like the fact that most of the ball is textured for better grip. I would highly recommend.

I’ve had this for over a month and so far love it! I liked the idea of the Terra Core, but it seemed overpriced, and I didn’t want the shiny smooth top. I much prefer how this has matte, textured areas for better grip. It doesn’t come with instructions but it’s pretty self explanatory. It does not need a plug to keep it inflated either, it inflates and deflates via a needle pump. Not sure why anyone would return it without even trying it? At any rate, I do agree the pump is not great. Mine came covered in oil, so I threw it out and used a different one I already had and got my arm workout in too lol. So far it has remained inflated, I do everything from lunges to tricep dips to fire hydrants on this and use it as a bench for lifting as well. Love how it works my core and other areas that normally wouldn’t without it. At almost half the price of the Shark Tank version, this was well worth it! P.S. You can find exercise ideas on YouTube, just search there for Terra Core. Much better than a poster.
