These cups are very small however they hold an extra large egg very well and the cutter does its job. You simply put the egg in the cup place the cutter over the egg pull the ball up and just simply let it drop and it cuts the egg. I kind of made fun of the tiny little spoons, but they get the egg out of the shell perfectly without getting extra shell in your egg so they’re the perfect size for that.

Después de probar otros productos que descascarillaban el huevo, encontramos este abridor y resultó ser todo un acierto.El paquete viene con un abridor de huevos, dos recipientes y dos cucharillas pequeñas.Colocas el huevo en el recipiente, pones el abridor sobre el huevo y, mientras sujetas, tiras la bolita hacia arriba y sueltas, haciendo que el huevo reciba un golpe seco y separe limpiamente la cáscara (se queda en el abridor). Sólo hay que hacer el movimiento una vez, sino hace que la cáscara sólo se rompa sin separarse.

Love the two egg cups and little spoons. The egg cups fit my jumbo eggs but the pump did not crack my eggs. Hoping if I use regular size eggs the pump will then work to remove the top rim of the egg

As a Brit I am a lifelong expert soft boiled egg eater. This egg topper is unlike any I have used before. Just perfect. (Have to say I did try to spin it first, once I figured it out I was amazed - an instruction would have helped :)

Un oggetto che potrebbe essere simpatico, per presentare delle uova aperte perfettamente. Peccato che il funzionamento non sia per nulla chiaro e soprattutto... non funzioni.Il meccanismo "picchetta" sull'uovo aprende delle microfratture, ma non c'è nessun effetto di "taglio preciso".Inutile, stupido e realizzato male.

I am a novice egg cup user and love it! My British friends introduced these to me and curious why Americans don’t use egg cups. They also ask why we warm up our water for tea in the microwave (I honestly didn’t know people actually did that) but I digress.These cups are perfect to dip stripes of toast into a nice, warm runny yolk of a soft boiled egg with the shell on of course. You place the handle over the egg, pull up on the ball creating a suction to that top portion of the egg and then drop the ball which creates a perfect hole in your shell on soft boiled egg! The cups always hold onto that shell pretty well so you get ever last bit of egg. The little spoons are the perfect size to fit into the cup.If you are going to wash them in the dishwasher, make sure they are on the top rack.

I love it! I like the clean, sleek design and the egg cutter works perfectly; cleaning slicing off the top of the egg. It would make a good housewarming gift or in a gift basket with other breakfast/cooking items.
