Works great! In the past, I would get anxious when trying to separate the whites from the yolks. This tool provides a quick and easy method. You may need to give the tool a gentle shake to ensure the white completely separates.

I currently eat 8-16 egg whites a day as part of my diet/workout routine. Before I received this egg separator I tried using a wooden, slotted spoon and a gloved hand. While they did work, more often than not I would drop the whole egg in the bowl I was using or break the yolk. When this came in I was not sure how it would work, but I tell you it is amazing! So far no broken yolks, perfect egg white removal, easy cleaning, and it sits right on the bowl without moving or falling making the whole separation process a breeze! I highly recommend this egg separator! It is a must have for any kitchen!

I hesitated to spend $13.66 for an egg separator, my last one was from the Dollar Tree. But after looking in 4 stores, I couldn't find one locally, so I went to Amazon. This kitchen utensil is fast and easy to use, I almost never break a yolk. I used to buy the egg whites in the carton, I have them for breakfast every morning, but they taste fresher when you separate your own. Eggs are low in price right now, and I save about $1.50 each carton of egg whites by separating my own whites. Glad I bought this.
