The Solsew XC3152221 Bobbin Case was an identical fit for the original bobbin case of my Brother XR9550 sewing machine. The only difference I spotted was that the Solsew case did not have white paint in the molded alignment mark. The original case had been nicked by an errant needle causing it to catch the upper thread and jam. Replacing the bobbin case with the Solsew bobbin case was a quick and easy fix.

In comparing this bobbin case with a replacement case I bought from my babylock service center, they are almost exact. But not quite. Looks like all/most of the main pieces are exactly the same, there are slight differences in the plastic molding style - not function. This fit into my bl machine just fine. Needle down/up and threaded no problem. I don't hear any knocking or unusual sounds using this case versus using the other replacement case. And yes, this is the locked tension case, green paint, blue felt, etc. Seems to work fine in testing.
