The rigid metal design also inhibits unwanted floor vibrations from being immediately transferred into your component rack. And Sonic Saucers also give the stand a more professional 'finished' look. Use Sonic Saucers with cone point feet or spikes to isolate components from room vibration. They also protect furniture as well as wood and tile floors from scratches that cone point feet or spikes can cause. Each 1.5"-diameter disc supports up to 100 lbs. Sonic Saucers are also great for use under audio components that come with cone point-type feet. Use one between each component foot and the audio rack shelf. Choose Black or Brass finish. These are solid footers that keep my amp stands from scratching my wood floor. I don't know how to listen to footers, but they do what I want them to do.

He’s a little discs are real carpet savers. I wish they made larger ones but these did the job. Extremely pleased with the performance to price ratio.

The recessed part of the disk for the spikes to sit in were drilled too deep leaving a hole in the bottom allowing the speaker stand spikes to protrude scratching my wood floor when sliding the speakers around to find the best position for them. Unfortunately I waited too long to try them out and can no longer return them. Very disappointed.
