Sony Microcassette Recorder works like it was brand new!I wanted this product to play old micro cassettes of my now deceased parents.Marty at Computer Lynwood was prompt in answering questions and wentway above and beyond to make sure the Sony Microcassette Recorder that I receivedworked perfectly. Very disappointed. It was not packaged as pictured. The microcassette recorder/player I received was used, wrapped in bubble wrap & broken. It will not play at all.

Couldn't get it to work. Talked to Sony and they said it was broke and I could take it to a Sony repair shop to get it fixed. I chose to return this item to Amazon.
