they fit and they stick, 4 stars! They show just a bit, but not too bad. I don’t think they will last long- i used them under leggings to rehearse some floor work for dance and I’m not too tough of them, however you can already see the beginning signs of the silicone breaking down. I think I’ll get a set or two for performing, but maybe not waste for rehearsals…. I think they are worth it, but also know, that when you sweat, it will pool below the pads, but despite sweating, they stayed!
