Build for 1.1 bars, there is just a little bit of slack when using a standard 1 inch. However it works just fine on the 1 inch and the design of the weights make them more functional than most plates and the rubber is soft to the touch but tough. Great product, great value and a very responsive seller. Highly recommend these weights.

It's hard to find 45lb plates that fit a 1" bar so this was great to have. They still have an odd smell to them months later but it's not a huge deal. I also personally prefer weights that are circular vs these that have flat areas and corners but they fit and function fine.

Just what I needed and as promised. I’d consider it a bargain compared to what’s out there. Good quality, nicely coated, easy to slide on bar and big enough cut outs that you can get a good grip if you want to use them off the bar.

I purchased two 25 lbs weights. I prefer to work out at home. I like the rubber coating on them. It makes it more comfortable to carry. I like the holes in them because it’s makes it more versatile. I use it like a kettle bell and other types of exercises. And it works well with my 1 inch barbell. Also because it’s not round and more like a hexagon your barbell doesn’t roll away from you when working out.

They look great but be prepared to clean off the light coat of grease on them (which is clear so you don’t see it).

i should have read the description a little more. These fit up to 28 MM bars, which are 1.1 inches.if you are using an American 1" diameter bars, the hole is pretty big, and the weight fits pretty sloppy on it.other than that....the weights seem to be very high quality. so i took off one star for a mildly misleading product description

I really wanted to like those plates but...They are very attractive and feel really good to touch. Also they don't roll around which is super nice.But, that oversized hole is just a huge bummer. Way too big for standard and way too small for Olympic bars.I may try to make some kinda insert to make it smaller but why......Anyways, just so you know....
