USER: SPEED ADJUSTMENT PER STEP
Press this button to enter the user-programmed program, and then press this button to adjust the size of the gear of each section, adjust with the addition or subtraction button.
FAT: BODY FAT TEST
Press this button to enter the fat test - Gender-Age-Height-Weight- Please test. Adjust parameters with addition and subtraction butto. After the adjustment is complete, hold hands according to the character prompts and hold the heartbeat handle to test the body fat percentage.
PROG: PRE-SET TRAINING PROGRAM
Press this button to enter the preset training mode, you can select P1-P8 mode, then select the Start Button to begin.
MODE: SELF-SET TRAINING PROGRAM
Press this button to enter the self-setting mode, press once to set the training time (8mins-99mins), press again to set the mileage (100steps-990steps), press again to set the calories (20cal-990cal), and press the Start button to begin.

I have had it for a year now. It works great. Definitely a workout. Not thrilled the price dropped $700+ - you can feel the pain just at 200 steps.

I have had mine for a week now. It actually came in earlier than Amazon said it would. Works great and perfect for my home gym. I'm 6,4 and when I stand on the top step my head doesn't even touch 9 feet. So I would say if you have a 8'6-9 foot ceiling you will be fine and if your short than me. Now the only bad thing was the instructions. Reading the instructions it says it takes 220volts but the plug is a simple 3 phase. I plugged it in my normal 110/120 ac outlet and it's works fine and never tripping my 20A breaker. Also the instructions are terrible about how to assemble it. The base and stairs come already assembled but you just have to add the arms and monitor. It's not rocket science but the instructions are not clear which bolt goes where. Still a great purchase. Also note you will need about 3 men and a flat dolly to move this 500lb machine to your desired location.

Best fitness purchase!! It’s heavy duty, quiet- after we sprayed a bit of oil on it and no issues whatsoever!!!
