The tubes are not bend correctly. Both Tilt down and the large one is too long before the bend. This makes the core not seat correctly. Don’t want to try and bend the aluminum since damage is likely and would void the warranty.

Fit my 1985. Corvette with a little bend to the shorter pipe by hand. Didn’t slow me down at all during install. This one is aluminum and is much better them stock. Probably will never fail again.

tubes are not aligned correctly but will fit with some slight bending.the part i received looked like someone had tried to install it previously.otherwise it works fine and is the same china version everybody sells, if you really must have a quality unit then spend the 150$ on a copper one

While Amazon's parts finder says this fits, it doesn't. The input tube (The larger one) is soldered in at an incorrect angle, and does not fit through the firewall. Not sure if it's just this particular one, or if they are all made that way, but I don't have time to find out.Also, not sure if it would matter or not, but the fins are REALLY close together, probably half the spacing of the fits on the OEM heater core. I'm returning it, and will procure the part locally so I can compare face to face.
