Keeps my rear end dry warm and comfy while turkey hunting! Clip it to my belt loop and go trudging through the woods. I don't realize it's there until I'm grabbing for it. Definitely recommend getting this if you turkey hunt.

Weighs 10.25 ounces. Seems well made. The seat seems to be a firm gel, but the foam that makes up the other 2.5" of the 3" thickness is very easily compressed. I was hoping for a slightly more firm pad overall, but I still think this will be comfortable.I think this pad will hold up long term and with the lightweight, I won't mind packing it a little ways into the mountains for turkey hunting and maybe as a glassing pad if I ever get out west.

Beard buster products are high quality and lower priced and make those long sitting sessions much easier to handle for us older guys. Great seat. Kept me comfortable in -10 weather. Only change would be a larger clip on the back, making it fit wide belt loops.

Great product. I got one of these as a gift for coyote hunting and ordered this one for my son (my hunting partner). Thickness is great and the material is very durable. We've spent hours on this seat and it's worth every penny. Seat holds up well in the snow and the bottom doesn't soak up the moisture. The strap makes it very convenient for travel. My only recommendation would be to change the name to Coyote Buster.

It works. Apparently, it'll last.Forest floor trash does not stick to this one the way it does to others.Whether snow will stick and eventually soak it is yet to be determined.I wouldn't buy another one.Why not? Because while it "works" usually means something like "It's good," in this case it means, "Yeah, so it keeps the humus off my butt, and the lower internal build 'seems' to be sturdy, the second or upper internal 'sponge' rubber is apparently not sealed foam but some 20% suitable foam that collapses rather than supports. (The manufacturer could have done much better by their customers.) The result is that while my sciatica-related back and leg pain is not as badly aggravated as it is on a wooden chair seat, still it is not as relieved as it would be, as it ought to be by a seat that is shipped and delivered at three+ inches thick but collapses to nearly nothing when one sits on it.On the other hand...has anyone out there in cyber-response land found ANY woods seat, heated or unheated, that really works (?) and that might truly be a comfort, might truly ease such rump pains as sciatica? DO LET ME KNOW.
