INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

STEP 1: WEAR PROPER SAFETY GEAR: Safety glasses, gloves, and protective clothing are essential.

STEP 2: PREPARE THE SURFACE: If the spot welds are rusty or pitted, sand the area down prior to cutting to ensure a level cutting surface

STEP 3: LUBRICATION: Lubricate cutter drill guide bore and cutter body.

STEP 4: SELECT THE CORRECT SPOT WELD CUTTER SIZE: Use one that matches the diameter of the spot welds.

STEP 5: MARK THE SPOT WELDS: Use a center punch to make a divot to ensure the bit does not walk.

STEP 6: ALIGN THE CUTTER: IMPORTANT Position it perpendicular to the surface of the workpiece. It is important to stay as square as possible throughout the operation. Cutting at even a small angle will cause the teeth to break.

STEP 7: APPLY STEADY PRESSURE AND START SLOWLY: Start slowly and apply consistent downward pressure on the cutter.

STEP 8: CUT THROUGH THE TOP LAYER: Allow the cutter's teeth to remove material around the spot weld.

STEP 9: CLEAN UP: Remove any burrs or sharp edges from the workpiece.
