Very nice product, excellent timing mechanism and doesn’t restrict water flow to operate. It take a minute to operate, but if you follow the instructions you’ll be up and running before you know it

Worked without issue, easy to setup, but then one day it just broke after months of use. The screen and system works but the mechanism that releases the water will no longer work. Tried changing the batteries, different hose lines, but nothing. Shame, was a good product, would like a replacement or refund.

I purchased two of these water meters and the first one did not leak and so I ordered a second one. The second one leaks or drips constantly while on or off does not matter. It is an internal leak. The second and main problem is that they drain the batteries super fast and it will say "LO" and then it will not turn on until the batteries are recharged again. I thought it was a battery problem at first so I ordered expensive Energizer and Duracell rechargeable batteries. After charging batteries for 5 hours and full charge the water timer is confirmed to be the culprit. For example I ran one water timer for 8 hours yesterday on a full charge with the timer coming on every 25 minutes for a duration of 3 minutes. After 8 hours it said "LO" again and the batteries needed recharging before I could attempt to turn it on again. Both timers do the same thing as far as discharging quickly. Even with the unit turned off the LED screen displays the word OFF and does not turn completely off and still discharges the batteries. This makes the timers useless unless you want to charge the batteries everyday. I have asked seller for support and waiting for a response. I will update this review if the seller has a solution. Update: The seller has responded quickly and positively. They are refunding my purchase without sending back the unit. They also stated they would send me a new timer and will see if it is different or any improvement over the last two. New update: Excellent support. I received another replacement but have not tried using it just yet. I wanted to let you know what I did to fix the battery problem and I now do not have to worry about batteries ever again. I purchased a 3 Volt 1 amp DC power supply. It is also called a transformer AC 110V to DC 3V. Two AA batteries are approximately 3 volt for reference. Now I soldered the power supply to the back inside battery box or cover where the positive and negative terminals reside. I drilled two small holes in the battery cover to run the wires through the plastic. Seal with silicone if needed. I am also using the water meter inside my greenhouse so I do not have to take precautions from the rain otherwise I would cover with a plastic bag or seal it up somehow and use silicone where the wires enter the back. One more idea is that I found a product on Amazon that uses dummy batteries, with a power supply-transformer AC110V to 3VDC and the fake AA batteries simply replace the real batteries. A Ribbon wire comes out of the battery area to your AC 110V power cord. WAAAALLLLLLAAAAA! No more batteries! EVER!. I soldered my power supply in place but the dummy battery product is great if you don't mind spending a few dollars more. Search for the term: "AC Power Supply AA Battery Replacement Adapter". So I have upgraded to 4 stars and when I had the initial problems I was at 1 star.
