Through the years I have owned several of these GPS tracking devices almost all of them require a subscription of some store due to the fact that requires a SIM card as do all mobile cellular devices this is very well made and solid the Magnet is very strong and should stay in place for a long timeI place the tracker on my truck in the middle where it's difficult to be located by a tracking locatorThe spy tech app is easy to use and is feature rich as long as you subscribe for the full planThe tracker boasts a 2 month to a 1 year battery lifeThis of course depends on how often the vehicle is moving around and the number of features you have enabledFor example if you have movements on, the tracker is going to use more energyOverall a good valueThe hardware in this case relatively inexpensive

Very slow and insanely inaccurate. Apple air tag for 25 bucks does better job tracking my things than this gps tracker.Half of my trips weren’t even recorded properly. It shows places I’ve never been and places where I was - are missing.For monthly subscription- very poor quality.

This GPS tracker is pretty accurate and lasts an impressive 12 months on a single charge. The magnetic mount is kinda strong and the weatherproof design makes it great for vehicles and equipment. The Realtime tracking works well and the app is very easy to use. Perfect for peace of mind lol!

Back when car theft tracking came out in the 90s, I seriously thought that was going to be the end of car thefts. I live in a port city in Florida and car thefts were out of control back then. Your car would get stolen, by the time you noticed it was probably on a ship out of the country. Thieves knew who to target b/c a lot of people are out of town and it was crazy. But what's crazy is that we have these tracking systems and theft has gotten worse. I've had two vehicles stolen since Covid and the "Insurance will cover it" mantra is still misleading b/c it's a big pain in the butt, a lot of anxiety and insurers will raise your rates or drop you.You can drop tags in the car and they'll probably do the job for the most part, but thieves have gotten pretty sophisticated and they'll likely get an Alert if you have high end trackers, even if you put out a decoy and hide the better ones somewhere.This is pretty much the perfect device. It's relatively easy to setup, I'm not mechanically inclined and after reading the instructions and about 10 mins of research, I was able to get it right the first time. Basically, when it arrives, you need to charge it, setup an account, pick a plan and mount it.Now, a lot depends on what you are looking to track, the nature of tracking a car at a vacation home is different from putting them on service vehicles your employees use, or your kids, or shipping containers. But they all work the same. For vehicles you would likely opt for more secure mounting, this particular model does have pretty decent mounting software but you might want to reinforce it a little just to be safe (not saying the default items aren't sufficient though).Here's why I like it so much. When I got to work, I drive through a tunnel and you generally will have calls drop. This is an IMEI/Sim based tracker as well so the results who that you're entering the tunnel and show you leaving it, unless you stood still right in the middle or dead zone, you'd still know where your vehicle was. My building has very thick reinforced cement and is really bad for maintaining cell signals and, you'll see the vehicle enter and be able to identify it up to about 15 feet away (the map isn't that granular to get you to parking spot but it's so close it's a non issue).The software is excellent and the tracking experience is excellent. There are plenty of smaller cheaper trackers that have nice map integration but i'll just say, this is a different level altogether. And you can setup alerts and there are some other really nice features that it provides which and they all work well. It really does. The company knows what they're doing and as long as you have a clear idea of the nature of how you want to track, this will facilitate it. If you need something to be tracked while you're away or out the country, it's a little different then the kids driving the car, battery life needs to be handled a little differently but whatever your goal is with it, you can get there easily. The signal quality is great, the integration is great and you'll know where your stuff is, even if they found the tracker and remove it, you'd still have a very good idea of exactly when and where that happened. It's a very cheap supplemental insurance policy and as I said, I'm buying more of them after my experience with this.

This device is a lot larger and heavier than I was expecting. The signup process is streamlined and easy. However, the monthly subscription is a bit high. It would have been nice to have a trial first to see if it worked for my needs.It does come with everything needed to install and charge the tracking device. Very well thought out design.

Good quality it does track for a low cost price of the unit itself is not bad it does get the job done but I feel there are better ones out there for a lil more money can be used to track multiple diffrent things if not looking for a lot of diffrent features this is a good option
