I have used more than 500, never twisted one off. They are easy to use and dont split the wood. Very reasonable price compared to grk , however grk might be better for anything structural. I used them for putting up rails and planks. The bit included is a joke, not made for a impact driver. Maybe screw driver , how ever not many people will being using a screw driver for 6 inch screws

Midway through my deck I became disappointed in the costs for RSS screws going up and issues in getting the sizes needed when I needed them.So went deep searching on Amazon and elsewhere.These were the best I found for price, availability, and as I found out installing ... quality.Given the length make sure that your impact driver is fully charged as it will need to work.I used a Ryobi and only had issue with a couple screws ... resorted to a socket wrench with the appropriate bit to tighten them down.The coating on them appears superior to other brands I looked at ... but only time will tell.For the cost and what you get ... I don't think they can be beat.

These screws are awesome. Not only do they have a nice finish, but you can tell they are manufactured very well. The different pitch and aggression of the threads really makes it easy to drive the screws in. Like any large screw, I would recommend a small pilot hole to keep the screw straight. I used a 1/8" drill bit for my pilot holes to make sure the wood doesn't blow out. I had to use over 240 of these screws so I can say that using a pilot hole and an impact drill will make your installation so much easier. Not once did I have a screw head strip out on me. If you need a long screw with a low profile, this is the screw to use.
