12" triangular scale in Staedtler's student series is ideal for students of architecture. Three sides with six different scales feature die-engraved graduations. Easy-to-read printed graduations will not rub off. Architect triangular scale is open divided: 3/32" , 1/8" , 3/16" , 1/4" , 3/8" , 1/2" , 3/4" , 1" , 1-1/2" , 3" = 1'. Measurements are fully divided in inches to 16ths. Triangular scale is made of high-impact polystyrene plastic.

Solid product from 30 years ago. Make sure you order the correct scale, this is an Architects scale. Not be be confused with an engineers scale. Don't understand the price difference between the two. Great for when a computer and software isn't available.

The seller needs to CHANGE THE PICTURE already for this item to a picture of ONE RULER and remove the label stating "2 Pack." I thought i was putting in ONE order of a TWO PACK of rulers, i.e., getting 2 rulers. The rulers are made so much more cheaply now than they used to be, so easily chipping and breaking if you put them into a bag with other items.

The picture for this says "2 pack" and pictures two scales. Upon receiving my item I went back and looked to discover the title says it is a "1 Count (Pack of 1)" so although it is my fault I didn't read, a correct picture would alleviate frustration. The single item did arrive well wrapped to protect it.

These are great scales but you only get one instead of two as advertised! If you are expecting two scales as the picture shows, you can forget it as you will get one, but the quality of Staedtler office equipment is the best! I highly recommend.

Product I received was clearly used and returned. Package at the bottom had previously been carefully cut so that the ruler could be removed and then put back in the package. The ruler also had some marks and smudges on it. Seeing as this was a advertised as a new item I tried to return, but then was told this item is not eligible for return.

Came in loose packaging, there are plenty of signs to say its a used one, can see blue ballpoint ink along the start of 1 1/2 scale. Black ink of numbers and scales are worn off, fainted. Says its made in Germany, looks like its been through world war 2, lol. Dont buy this.

This Staedtler Architect Scale is light in weight since it is plastic, but durable enough for daily use. It is of typical Stadtler quality, like other Staedtler drafting equipment I have used.

I needed this for a construction drawings class. It's a ruler with like 6 different scales on it. It is what it's supposed to be does its job and doesn't feel cheap so it's 5 stars from me.
