Getting this pottery stamp created and manufactured was an amazing feat. I designed the stamp face for a friend, who wanted a personalized image of a horse head with her initials. She also wanted the stamp to be 1 inch. I drew the horse head freehand. The instructions from the manufacturers were very clear and written in a way that made me feel that my concerns were taken seriously. I felt a close relationship while explaining my concern over the size of the stamp and my design.The stamp is created in China. It took several weeks to to arrive. I was very pleased with the finished product. More importantly, my friend was delighted as well. I had ordered the optional wooden box for the stamp. It was an elegant and lasting gift. One would think that the stamp would be very expensive. The price is so reasonable considering the work that goes into its creation. I highly recommend this service.

Bought the stamp for my niece, who loves making pottery. She was thrilled receiving it, and the stamp made very sharp & clear images of the red panda and her name that I had placed on the stamp. Good communication with Stamtech, as they made contact just before proceeding with making the stamp to ensure the image was correct. Took about 2-3 weeks from order to receiving the stamp.

UPDATE: They are remaking the stamp for me with just one letter. Really great customer service! Changing to. Five star review. I will add photo of new stamp once I receive it.Previous review: This product is very heavy duty and sturdy. If the end result design had looked like the design on the page, then it would have been easy to use. However, this particular design and font are not a good choice for a three letter stamp. See photo. Due to the nature of the font, all three letters run together and the last letter is not recognizable as an “H.” I won’t be able to use it. I recommend that you ask the seller for a proof of the design before they make it. That might have helped me realize that three letters would not work with this design.

The stamp design isn't printed correctly to read the right orientation when actually stamped into the media, and when customer service was contacted with pictures they claimed that it is, indeed, correctly made with the highest of quality and I simply did not use it correctly. The stamp design itself is also very bulky and thick, way larger than preferred, and honestly is disappointing for what I want my stamp to do. Do not waste your money with this company, I certainly regret it myself.

Good quality stamp. Custom designed and they email you with a proof to approve first. The email went to my junk but I got to it in time to send feedback on the final design. I love my personalized stamp. I use it for pottery. I would buy from them again.

I ordered a personalized stamp for my wife's pottery by sending them a custom-made image and we couldn't be more satisfied with how well this was made. Great quality and it looks really nice. It also arrived on time and was well packed.

Items did arrive on time.The only issue is the handle screw thread is smaller than the stamp thread. Causing a non-fit problem. Epoxy seems to fix the issue but makes handle non removable
