Almost didn't buy it because of the review that said it came with nothing. I was more afraid to take a chance on the $15 Chinese one not working correctly though, so I tried this one. It comes with the big gasket for the entire pump (which was nice but not needed), the small gasket for the regulator itself, and a new clamp for the line. The truck started right up, very happy.

The other review is misleading. Came with no gaskets or o rings. Almost worthless since no other parts stores sell the o ring and gasket separate.

Part was complete with all gaskets and clamps. Great price, and was delivered the next day.
