This little demo bar is very sturdy for it's size. It serves multiple functions and does them all well. I have used mine for many tasks, not just demolition.

I love having the claw to carry walls with greater leverage and ease. It would be perfect if they split the top of it just a hair to pull nails but otherwise this tool is great.

Muy util para traerla en el auto, algunos de los rescatistas del ejército la usan

This thing is awesome. Nice and heavy but well-balanced. Works fine as a hammer, as well as for prying. I haven't tried using it for proper wrecking, but I'm confident it would work well for that too. It's one solid piece of forged steel, and well-hardened. As a bonus, it can double as a very effective yet inconspicuous self defense tool, and that's why I keep it in my truck (for when I'm driving through one of the more authoritarian states where they disapprove of peasants defending themselves). It just has too many uses not to keep one in a vehicle. At under $20 this is a true bargain. Buy one for each of your cars, and maybe keep one around the house for regular use as well!

The tool itself is awesome- it's a great balance of form and function.I have already used it in its hammering function and it was very well balanced for this use.Unfortunately our purchase experience was marred by it having arrived with paint chipped completely off of several of the prying areas at both ends consistent with someone else having used it for pulling nails or something and then returned it.As such it should have been marked down in price by 10 to 25% for the loss of/defect in finish and the thereby increased potential for rusting. We did not return it because of the prohibitive return shipping costs we have incurred on previous returns, and the thought that we would be just as likely to get either another damaged/defective one, or that something else might screw up our order.

This tool is an amazing combination of tools wrapped into one. Usually when the attempt is made to combine this many functions into one tool the result is usually a compromise in some area or fubared. The F U Bar is a nice fusion of functions. The hammer is well balanced, it's long enough to pry well, it's compact so it can get into small places or store easily in a small tool box or behind your pickups seat. This tool also has great potential as a rescue tool. The hook can easily break and rake auto glass and the pry feature can pop open a stuck door at an accident scene. The price is very reasonable and it is sturdily built.

I love this tool, period. There are very few things this can't do. Perhaps I missed it but is seems no one has caught the joke in the name of this tool. "Functional Utility Bar" or FUBAR for short. FUBAR to anyone who was in the military would know this is as "F**ked Up Beyond All Repair", which this little gem will do to almost anything if used with enough earnest. Don't think for a moment that the kids at Stanley Tools Marketing didn't know this. "What'll we call this thing, they asked? Multi-tool?, King Pry bar?,Thors' Hammer?,c'mon guys THINK! This thing can do it all, hammer, pry & tear, it can can really screw things up. We need a catchy name." From the back of the room came a voice, a salty ol' salior, he said in a low voice, "if it'll make things unrepairable to the point you can't tell what it was..........then call it FUBAR." The head of marketing asked what the heck that was supposed to mean? The ol' salt educated the rest of the marketing staff and the legal dept. had a stroke and had to be carried out. Marketing however, loved it but agreed they couldn't go with that name........unless........what if we said it was an acronym for something different? This is *functional*, *utilitarian*, and it IS a *bar* (this is the short version, the meeting actually went on for 49.4 hours) What does that break down to? FUBAR!! All the folks in the trades and the veterans will get the reference and buy it "just because". Genius! The ol' Salt was promoted to head of the FatMax division, in charge of product names. Yep, I am sure thats' just how it happened.Oh! BTW, Buy this tool its' GREAT
