This mount is easy to install and take down. To install it I carried the mount and the case (bought on Amazon) containing my Mini onto the roof of my camper. Then I installed the supplied mounting “puck” in the Mini’s pole mount hole and threaded the mount to the Starlink. After that, I attached it to my camper’s roof rack. Easy Peasy!The mount was immediately put to the test with desert winds gusting to 30 mph. All my other stuff was blowing over, but not my Mini, which is good because my IT Consultant wife was consistently in meetings during the wind storm.Things to consider….how are you getting power to the unit? I am using a Jackery Explorer 1000 v2 powered by a Renogy 100 watt solar suitcase (about breaks even running the Mini power out/in when sunny). During the day I simply dropped the Mini cable off the roof to the Jackery. At night, when I moved the Jackery inside, I dropped the power cable through a vent in the bathroom and the Jackery sat in the shower. In the end, I plan to install a double female connector somewhere in the side of camper so I can use two dedicated power lines, one outside and one inside.Another thing to consider…the Mini is not cheap and it might attract thieves. Unless you want to climb us to install it and recalibrate it every day, you might want to take measures to secure it. I installed the mount towards the center of my camper them locked the ladder leading to my roof up so nobody could climb it. Because the Mini is away from the side, even if you crook has a tall ladder, they are going to have to climb on the roof to get it, which is going to alert you if you are inside.I highly recommend this mount.

Recently purchased this for my RV. It is small and compact. Great size. It does what it is supposed to with the exception that the top screw does not tighten down the top part to stop the Starlink Mini from swiveling. I have tried to make mods but it does not work. I will continue to see if I can fix it if not will look for something similar

I got this to use with my Starlink Mini for when we are camping. Perfect for mounting the Starlink on top of our RV ladder. I also love that I can use just the disc part with the Starlink and add it to a tripod or anything that has the camera type screw mount. This item works great and super happy to have it.

This mount was used on a 1600 mile roadtrip. The setup was simple and easy to use. The only issue was it allowed our Starlink mini to move during travel at highway speeds. That was with me tightening as much as I possible could. No complaints other than that. Good quality and reasonably priced.
