I am a 5'10" tall, 150lb male and got a small for using during my soccer matches. It fits ok, but the compression it offers is really nothing more than any other regular undershirt. Yes, it does have some padding on the sides and on the chest. I'm not sure the chest protection is all that useful for me, but that side padding could help if someone elbows me on the sides of the ribcage.But I am unable to get over how much it costs compared to what it offers. I feel like a cheap compression undershirt would be just fine, unless one must absolutely have the slight amount of padding this product offers.

I like the product it's comfortable but I wish it had the padding on the spine area especially on the lumber area going into the sacral area of the spine.

Got this for my daughter to inspire confidence in her dives. After two straight days of dive training, she had no bruises and wasn’t sore. It’s not super thick padding, but enough to build confidence. Combined with proper technic. This is a great padded shirt for keepers.

My son has zero fear and I need to keep him safe. Only issue is when he’s wearing this he has even less fear and gets more physical. Great for protecting and building confidence as he’s not as worried about getting hurt.

The fit was good. Ordered small for our son, he's 5'7" and 145 pounds. However, rib protection is only in the front and we thought the back ribs/kidney area would provide protection and this does not.
