Came damaged but was able to straighten the axle on on side.probably shipping damage. Should be shipped with more packaging or the wheels installed

The right wheel shaft was bent which, of course, makes the alignment of the wheel at an angle. The unit is useable but just like a car misalignment will make the wheel wear at an accelerated rate. The unit is very heavy and much trouble to repack and return. I guess I’ll have to live with this damaged product as best as I can.

I have used this dolly for a few years, with solid rubber wheels. Awesome tool like that. Unfortunately, my gf didn't tie it down one time and lost it on the highway. So I ordered a new one. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time. It comes with tires that require air. I went to use it a few weeks after getting it and one tire was low on air, about half way. So I started putting air in it and (Boom 💥) The tire exploded the rim split in half cut my hand in 4 places and hit my toe and shin with incredible force then flee across the room. I've aired up dolly tires for 15 years, I'm sure there is some user error involved but for the possible little bit of over inflating that may have occured this is unacceptable . So, great dolly, but solid rubber wheels immediately.

I can barely lift this very oversized hand truck but is really solid and can lift big heavy things. Tires are air filled not solid.

buyer beware. Quality is garbage. I ordered two of these. On both items, the axle was bent, the axle stop was bent on all 4 side enough to not fit the washers.
