This is not a ball valve. Customers are mislead. More, instead of with red knob, I got blue. I was charge more for product which is for less.

The build quality is excellent. The physical heft of the product, the flexibility of the supplied fittings, and the precision of the quarter-turn shut-off are all superior.However, the English language install instructions are incomplete, *and* there is NO acknowledgement of the fact that the fittings, which would typically be NPT on fittings for the US market, are NOT US NPT threads. Because of the latter issue, there is NO way to get a joint to stop leaking. Very sad really.

I appreciate the aesthetic appeal of the handle; it is not only visually pleasing but also easy to attach. When held, it provides a comfortable grip, which I find quite enjoyable. Overall, it enhances the appearance of the door significantly.

I bought this after returning another valve that kept leaking.You would need an adapter from British/European fittings to US ones. Even through the size looks thr same but the threads are spaced differently, this is very important to achieve a 100% sealThis carryed a nice weight to it and was extremely easy to install without leaks from the first time.It gets a little warm since I am using it with a thermostatic fixed temperature valve but otherwise I recommend it

Easy to install and is an aesthetically pleasing option for your sinks and toilets. Ensure you have the proper sizing pipes before doing any switch kit like this or get a professional. It can elevate the area and the little details are always cool.

Would work well for a toilet tank where a longer fill time isn't really an issue.Impressions:The fit and finish on this valve are second to noneNice weight indicates that it is made of solid brass and the chrome finish is perfect.The lack of Lead Free status is a concern for me and pretty much limits this valve to filling toilet tanks.

Pro:Really elegant look w/ all brass color, including escutcheon - which is very hard to find.1/4-turn unit really smooth - great feel.Is a 1/2” inlet, 1/2” outlet that comes with one 3/8” outlet adapter.Con:3/8” adapter is silver colored. And there is only one - so both inlet & outlet origin need to be 1/2”.And as another reviewer already pointed out - this is not a true ball valve, but a ceramic disc.Instructions are all in Chinese characters - so if you can read Chinese …Overall: We were not able to install, so I cannot recommend.* though, at only $17 for whole unit, it might be worth giving it a go - if you CLEARLY understand your plumbing specs & dimensions.
