Lights are cool and bright but the remote no longer works when lights are underwater.

You receive a lot of remotes with these. After 2 uses the remotes stopped controlling them (even after replacing all the batteries). The “slow fade” mode is still quite fast and more distracting than mood setting.

They need to improve the remote just use a switch as the remote is a piece of crap and doesn’t work most of the time

I used these for a wedding- they worked splendidly. Watertight and nice colors. I pulled them out to use again, now half of them just randomly flash. Nothing fixes the issue. I had one tgat came bad, but I figured one random bad one was just bad luck, but it seems to be a design issue. If you need them for one event, you should be fine. If you had plans of multiple uses, the odds aren’t in your favor.

I got these to put in deep vases I filled with acrylic vase filler. I specifically wanted ones that worked off a remote so I could fill the cases ahead of time. About halfway through the party one stopped working and wouldn’t respond to the remote; I thought that was a bit weird but went about my business. Imagine my surprise a few hours later when I look over and instead of being on the white light setting like I’d left it, it’s now cycling through colors and flashing. I grabbed the remote to see if I could get it back to white, but it won’t respond at all. It’s now the next day and it’s still sitting there flashing to itself but now the red lights don’t work and it’s just flashing green. It’s dim enough and I’m lazy enough that I haven’t excavated the vase to try to save the batteries, and by this point I have a certain level of morbid curiosity about what else it’ll do. So would not buy again. Possibly haunted. Definitely not great at responding to the remote.

Works great for about 4hrs then the remote doesn’t respond to the device. Remote has excellent control when first turned on, you can change the colors do strobe lights too. You can open it the light and remove the battery then the remote will work but that’s the only issue.

Not the best. I bought these for my shower and only 3 of the 4 worked after the first week. All of the remotes control all of the lights. Not sure why you would need 4 remotes but okay. The remotes must be within about 3 feet of the light to control it.

Good lights lots of remote control settings for colors but no timer setting only downfall. Many brightness settings too I bought for safe grow lights indoors since they are led and have blues and reds. Remote only works about 6 ft away...not very far but it works.

Bought these lights to put in ceramic pumpkins for our outdoor Halloween display. They were just fantastic for this purpose. It was nice that they could change color and had a remote control. Really put an extra interest in our display. Now we’ll use them every year instead of those tiny little pumpkin lights.

Great little devices. I bought this to illuminate a translucent 3D print and it works great for that. The rest I gave to the kids to do whatever. They have had dance parties, alien battles, light up pool parties. These lights float so if you want them to work best, weigh it down with something. Also, it should be obvious, but the remote controls are not waterproof!

So far, these lights work great. I put 3 of them in terrariums and the 4th one under this really big bottle I use for decoration. The remote works awesomely with them. I will update this review after a month or so just to be sure they continue to work.
