I received the pump with a damaged wire, but decided to keep it because I was without water. Glad I did, because its been working really well in my 40 ft well. Just wish I had ordered a 4 inch, because I think they are referring to the well size, it is not 3 inch, it would fit a 3 inch well. My well is 4 inch, and I could easily use what they call a 4 inch pump.anyway, it pumps about 40 lbs pressure, so I adjusted cutoff at 35 lbs. been working fine for the last month anyway.

The pump lasted less than 1 year and had to replace it, the controller for the pump is under built / "cheaply made"very unpleasant experience with this product

120v draws about 9 amps when cycling off my system, works great, requires some additional wiring due to the separate circuit housing but worth the effort with the value of that pump.It’s been running for a couple years now no issues at all. I will be buying another one!

Worked for 3 weeks then motor went weak and tripped the breaker. Customer service was a roller coaster. Send pictures of this send pictures marked with what the wires go to, send the wiring diagram. Back and forth for days. When I asked for a full refund they quite messaging. Waste of $200.

Was used for a couple months summer of 2022, probably less than 10 times to draw water from a lake. This year when placed back into lake, it had seized up.. had to take it apart and broke it free after lubing it, then it worked... but for how long?? Will need to get a different one as this one we can not rely on.

After installation, this pump is bad. The capacitor tested bad. Changed that for a quality unit of exact same rating that tested perfect. Still wouldn't start pump.Amperage on start leg is drawing 32.3 amps. Run leg is only drawing 1.6amps. I'll have to pull it up now for further testing.Customer service is a joke. Since it's from Amazon, they can't pull an order. Now I have to get a video of it not running and a screen shot of my order to text to the customer service girl so she can relay it to tech support overseas and they will supposedly get back to me by email to decide about replacing the pump.I'm an industrial matenence tech. I know when a pump is bad. If I could rate less than 1⭐ I would.

When the pumps work, its great, but it only lasted less than 7 months. I purchased this pump on Sept 30th 2021, for a deep well, and today, the pump stop working. It seems the pump is no longer available and I am not able to find the information for the seller. I will change the review if I am contacted by the seller, but for now, I cannot recommend a product that is faulty.

Our well pump stopped working and we needed a new one. We went to some local stores where the replacement pumps were between 600 and 800 dollars. We did not want to spend that kind of money for our weekend property so checked Amazon. This pump was pretty much identical to the one we pulled out and was 50% less than local stores. It performs amazingly well. Its got a reverse suction which when you turn off the pump the water sucks back down which is a perfect feature for our freezing cold winters. Great pressure (maybe a little too good haha) and we are super happy with this purchase.

My pump is operating at about 80 feet down in a 4" ID well. It's only a 3" pump so it was easy to install. I suspect the water above the pump when running is about 30 feet. It easily pressured up to 65lbs/in-squared and it delivered 11 us gallons as it filled the pressure tank from 10lbs to 60lbs pressure. My pressure switch needs to be adjusted for 20lbs to 40lbs pressure.I also like that the motor does not have a sudden torque twist when starting. This will result in very little wearto the supply cable over time.I wish the electrical cable would have been much longer, it was only 33 feet and about 20 gauge wire. I used 125 Feet of 12 gauge wire attached about 4 feet from the pump.attached about 4 feet from the pump.(Correction) It turns out that the pressure gauge is faulty. I discovered that it puts out about 3 GPM at about 40psi. The pump has been operating continuously for about 4 hours and performs as expected.AlbertP.S. Oct 9, 2020 Pump has been operating for about 15hrs and output remains at about 3 Imperial gallons per minute at 40psi. Oct 10th, 2020 Pump draws 663 Watts at 40 PSI and about 3GPM.
