This sump pump alarm is easy to install and provides loud, clear alerts for potential flooding.Pros:✅ Simple Setup: Installed quickly with included instructions and tested successfully by dipping it in water.✅ Adjustable Volume: The 110dB siren can be turned down if needed.✅ Mute Button: Useful for silencing the alarm when you're already addressing the issue.✅ Bright LED Indicator: Helps identify the triggered alarm if multiple alarms exist in one area. I have a window alarm in the exact location.✅ Included Zip Ties: Makes cable management more effortless.Cons:❌ No Battery Backup: It would be great if it worked during power outages. I have to check it to see if my sump pump drain is flooding if my power is out, and if it's raining hard.Final Thoughts:This alarm is loud, effective, and easy to use, making it a valuable safety tool for sump pump monitoring. My sump pump is over 13 years old and overdue for breaking soon.

We have an issue with water getting into our basement and we wanted something that would let us know if the sump pump failed. This alarm is amazing it is super loud. I mean really, really loud. We could hear it upstairs from the basement. Easy to install and great quality.

Last year we had a major sump failure that was primarily due to the incompetence of the previous home owner (they filled in one of the sump drains that fed into the sump well with cement). We were using a small water intrusion alarm that was purchased from a big box store and I wanted something that was harder to ignore. Thankfully this is impossible to ignore if you are in the house. It was easy to install and much more secure compared to the little box that we were using before. The only downside is if your sump stops running from a power outage you will still need to keep an eye on it since this doesn't have a battery backup.

-We needed something that we could put in the crawlspace but hear inside the house. Let me say that the volume on this does not disappoint! VERY LOUD! It just depends on how far you are from where you set if up if it is loud enough for you. Luckily we can hear it from our laundry room area if it goes off.-Easy to install!-We have had a string of bad luck with water issues the past few years and this is well worth the price for peace of mind!

Simple installation. Works well, just a little bit of water trips its trigger. The light is bright, of course, but we depend more on the siren due to our sump being inside a closed downstairs room. If we ever did have a pump quit and the basement starts to flood, I am sure everyone would agree, you can't have this type of alarm be too loud!Very happy with this alarm. Lot's of value for the purchase price.
