Contacted seller when I first received it, awning fabric showed up in another box. Seller got back to me in a day, all good. Took a while to leave a review cause I didn't get to it right away. Installed by myself, wouldn't recommend doing that but everything went good and it works well.

Ordered the powered awning recently to replace our current manual one & after installing today the item seems pretty good for the price, came with everything Needed to install. It’s not the best quality available but definitely worth the price overall- would have given higher star rating but the awning fabric received is reason for our current 3 star rating. The fabric itself does seem to feel somewhat more of a plastic than fabric like material so I suspect that it may not last as long as a more expensive quality one would…I get it, you get what you pay for so Im somewhat understanding on this aspect when comparing this price to some of the others lolThat being said my biggest concern is that immediately after installing we noticed that the awning fabric has several tiny holes throughout which aren’t noticeable or discoverable until it’s installed and opened fully. Not sure if we just got a bad/damaged one or if others have noticed the same thing with theirs that have purchased it. Obviously over some period of time during use these tiny holes will naturally expand thus requiring replacement sooner than normal.I’ve reached out to seller regarding these holes & am waiting for a response. (I will update with any outcome).We did end up having to pay for the labor of installing due to physical restraints on our end so I imagine we will have to pay labor again to switch it out with a replacement should the seller decide to send one.I truly wish it was possible to see these holes prior to installing so that we could have held off on the labor cost till a replacement was hopefully received lolAside from the fabric issues we are still happy with the awning itself overall as it’s much better than dealing with our previous manual awning that literally takes 2 people to open and close lol.**update- seller responded with offer to send a replacement fabric to correct the issues of the tiny holes found in original fabric received, as a result of the sellers prompt response & willingness to make things right with the customer I have increased the star rating from 3 to 5 because aside from the tiny holes in the original fabric received they are making things right & for the price you really get a great setup/product.

Fairly decent quality. Have definitely seen worse. Install went pretty well. Only needed a second person for a couple minutes.

I received the awning but it came with no instructions or mounting hardware / bolts. Looks like good quality though.
