Excellent material, easy installation if you have help and follow directions well. Vendor will contact you to confirm fitment. That in my opinion is Excellent customer service to proactively make certain you have the correct product for your application. Make sure you have dicor sealing tape or at least double sided foam tape on hand.

Even tho I had my measurements and dimensions correct, I appreciate how they wrote me a message on amazon to confirm before sending the unit. As an engineer, I try my best not to measure once and order thereafter! Everything was just perfect the first time. This is actually a very easy unit to build and install, you have to assemble the longer ones as they fold the awning and ship the shaft in multiple sections for these longer units. No matter though, just follow the directions using the screws from their exactly labeled bags (each screw size is properly labeled ON THE BAG - amazing and finally a company that gets it!) Just measure carefully and install per the instructions. I definitely took some artistic license on the mounting of the slideout brackets and shafts which hold the main awning shaft, so as to give the utmost support and strength to the unit. Installed in less than two hours taking my time and no problems or issues at all! Also the stainless steel screws were excellent quality - usually these kinds of things easily chew up with the screwdriver bit. But not the screws in this set, everything worked and no broken or rounded out screw heads. Gotta say exactly as described and would recommend to all my friends and fellow RV users - and I'm saving this in my list for future reference in case I need a replacement or to buy another!

The kit arrived complete. Assembly was without issue. The installation was medium to hard, really have to have 2 people to handle.Use caution with the safety pins, on mine one of the pins was jammed into the roller and was inaccessible. It took over an hour to dig it out.Once all that was done, it worked just fine.

So install was fairly easy and I installed alone, 2 people would be much easier.Instructions are clear, hardware is all stainless so be careful not to over tighten as the heads will snap off, I know.Work great and look great, 14' canopy took me 2 hours alone and the 7' one only took an hour.Let's see how long they last without issues but very well made and strong fabric.Recommend getting the length correct when buying or adjusting as you need to when you get them, you can cut down the roller sections to suit and cut down the fabric.I can't see how a more expensive canopy would be much different, time will tell, but I'd recommend.
